Packaging

All of my jewellery comes in a recycled branded box tied with a black ribbon. Inside is an anti-tarnish pouch and a greeting card with the name of the piece.

Shipping

Quality can not be rushed, I'm afraid, so it can take 1-21 days to prepare an order, depending on the metal chosen, size and intricacies of the piece. But having said that, you are a priority and I will do my best to have it made and sent as soon as possible.

Estimate of shipping times:

Ireland = €5.00 , 1-7 days shipping

Europe = €10.00, 1-14 days shipping

Rest of the World = €15.00, 1-30 days shipping

Returns

If you would like to return your piece, please contact me to organise a replacement or refund if warranted.

Jewellery Care

The nature of silver is to tarnish over time, so after a while you will
need to clean your piece of jewellery.

Wash it in hot, soapy water using an old toothbrush. Dry with some
tissue and buff with the enclosed silver cloth. Store in the anti-tarnish
pouch to give longevity.

However, if you feel you would like a more thorough clean, or replating, send it back
to me and I will bring it back to life, at no extra cost.

NB. Do not wear jewellery while swimming or showering. Use lotions and
perfumes before putting on your jewellery.
